The pedagogic body of NFS mbalmayo is made up of a variety of professionals with much experience in the domain of Forestry, wildlife and environmental conservation and protection. These teachers provide the student of the institution with the necessary intellectual  and professional skills in various subjects which will let them better adapt to today’s demand in the job and professionalism market while respecting the guide lines stipulated by the Minister of the Ministry of Forestry and Wildlife and the Minister of the Ministry of Vocational Training. Bilingualism and leaving together are some of those government measures that are strictly respected in the in the institution of the NFS mbalmayo and as such every Cameroonian having as first language French or English can teach or study in the institution without any difficulty.
